ROAD TRIP!

Since the summer road trip season is about to heat up I figured I'd post some pictures from last summer's filming trip.

When you're sitting in a van for a month you have to make sure your bench is properly equipped.

Malto and Justin designed a new sleeping mask for the van.

These dudes sat in the back of our van and kept us entertained for the whole trip.

Our van broke down about a million times on this trip, which gave Beebs time to test his new magic tricks out on a captive audience.

Dudes are stumped!

We went to Denver and hit the park up for about 15 minutes and then it started pouring. So much for Denver.

We thought this chick might be dead, turned out she was just taking a shower.

When you get back to the hotel at between 3 and 6 in the morning every night you have to find a way to kill time.

One of our van breakdowns actually paid off when we got to skate this thing.

The late night missions are tough, sometimes you have to roll it out.

Or just get some sleep whenever you can.

Justin is always making new friends.

This quarterpipe was in the middle of a suburb that looked just like Pleasantville.

While Vince skated the quarter pipe Dubbs worked on his cross-training.

In Salt Lake City Sam Hubble took us to an epic swimming hole.

The place was poppin!

It had a natural waterslide through a tunnel.

Cory found a place to work on his skim boarding.

Ill advised cliff jump. This summer's gonna be a good one.

i love the all 4×5 shots!
esp. the one looking into the epic swimming hole.
the people down below are so sharp.
i bet in photoshop you can zoom in and see detail on each person.
thats whats so awesome about big pieces of film.

Is that 4×5? I assumed that it was. It’s great to see a skateboard photographer using it.

the watering hole spot is in salt lake city, but i don’t know the exact spot. you have to ask the locals. it’s right off a main highway though.

Having read this I thought it was very informative. I appreciate you taking the time and energy to put this short article together. I once again find myself spending way too much time both reading and commenting. But so what, it was still worthwhile.
